At Wummly.com, you can order from local chefs, CFO’s, food trucks and restaurants.

How do I use Wummly.com?

Just Enter your address, and press “Search” button. From there just choose the product you want and proceed to checkout.

What happens after I submit an order?

Merchants will get your order, and they will start working on it. You will receive confirmation if your order had been accepted or declined. If for some reason, your order is declined, you will get a reason explaining that.

What If my order is declined?

If for some reason your order has been declined, you will receive full refund.

What if I don’t receive an order confirmation email?

Check your spam folder, all else fails, reach us on our Contact Us page.

How do I change or cancel an order after I’ve placed it?

Every order is unique, so You can not cancel your order once it is paid.

Who do I call to check on the status of my order?

You can call seller and with your order number you can check the status of your order.

I got wrong food, or something is wrong with my food. What should I Do?

If there is a problem with your order, please call the seller and let them know. You can also reach us on our Contact Us page and our Customer Care Team will fix these things.

What’s it cost to use Wummly?

Wummly is free to use. You just have to pay for the food, and delivery fee (if you opt for delivery).

Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to order?

Depends, some sellers often require minimum order size to deliver an order.

How are the menu priced?

The seller prices the menu according to their daily basis. So sellers determine whatever price you see.

How does ordering for pickup work?

Instead of sellers delivering to your address, you will shuffle over to grab it and go. Please remember to have you ID handy when picking up your food.

When is my credit card charged?

Your card is charged as soon as you place order.
